FlushPro technicians are trained exclusively for water-side maintenance. We do not diagnose error codes, replace burners, service gas valves, or open units. When our technician identifies a problem beyond our scope, we follow a clear escalation process to get you the right help fast.

FlushPro provides water-side maintenance exclusively. Services are limited to: (1) inlet filter replacement using the Rinnai H98-510-S assembly, and (2) vinegar descale flush using plain white distilled vinegar per Rinnai's published maintenance guidelines. FlushPro does NOT open the unit, work on gas lines, replace internal components, or perform repair work of any kind.
FlushPro's services are limited to water-side inlet filter replacement and heat exchanger vinegar flush only. No other services will be performed without a separate written agreement.
FlushPro's services are designed to be fully compliant with Rinnai's manufacturer warranty requirements. FlushPro uses only plain white distilled vinegar and OEM-compatible replacement parts.
Customer acknowledges that FlushPro is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deficiencies, or warranty violations. This includes corroded fittings, deteriorated shutoff valves, leaking connections, evidence of prior unauthorized modifications, and prior use of chemical descalers.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FlushPro Water Heater Services, its employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: (a) pre-existing conditions not caused by FlushPro, (b) failure of components outside the water-side maintenance scope, and (c) any issues requiring Rinnai-certified repair technicians.
FlushPro's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service visit. FlushPro is not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind.
If heavy scale is detected during service (brown vinegar after 45 minutes), an extended 90-minute flush will be recommended and carries an additional $25 charge. Customer will be notified before proceeding.
FlushPro reserves the right to decline service at any time if safety concerns, pre-existing damage, or inoperative shutoff valves are identified. No charge will apply if service is declined.
Customer consents to FlushPro photographing the unit and completed work for service documentation purposes. Photos are included in the digital service report emailed upon completion.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the service visit. A digital copy will be included in the service report email. These terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this agreement limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct by FlushPro personnel.
